He bought the title for the equivalent of £200k and has become friends with David Cameron and Boris Johnson

In today’s E17 newsletter we meet Phillip Leigh, perhaps better known as the Lord of Walthamstow. He has had the title since 1989 when he bought it from the then Lady Walthamstow and thereafter has been brushing shoulders with the likes of David Cameron and Boris Johnson.
But more than three decades on Phillip has decided to sell his title, and our reporter Jake Holden went to meet him and find out more about his intriguing life over the years.
