Market trader 'shut out' from Christmas event could lose £4K

A Walthamstow trader claims local businesses have been fobbed off after being shut out from a Christmas event. John Moore, who runs the hotdog stand Walthamstow Dogs with his wife Emma, said Waltham Forest have told numerous local traders have been told they can't pitch up at its Christmas events this year.
